This page features collage made by Lawrence Hultberg produced under the moniker, LeifGrafix. Most are relatively recent, within the last few years, but some are from when he first began making collages over two decades ago. The more recent digital collages are made up of mostly found images, typically those that have been appropriated from others sources, both known and unknown. The earlier work predates the digital work space when images had to be sourced from printed materials and painstakingly cut out by hand with razor knives. Some of these cutouts were saved from that earlier period and later scanned and digitized, and have been incorporated into his more recent digitally produced collages. Hultberg’s most recent collage work utilizes original photographs taken by the artist. These can be seen on his Mandala page.
